Main Resident Gate status. We realize that the Sunset main guest entrance and Sunset exit gates are opened. They are being broken as fast as they get fixed. We have proposals to have these fixed but are holding off to compare against the budget before the fixes are completed.
Trash bins.
Please ensure that trash bins are moved to a less noticeable location after trash days.
Hurricane season is approaching. The association will begin trimming some the trees in the common areas within the next few weeks. Please make sure that all the trees that pertain to your home are trimmed as well. Please also to check around your house (e.g. roof tiles) for any potential lose items that can be used as projectiles.
We would like to express the board's appreciation of homeowners who in general are being responsible and attending to their property.
Committees. Let us know if you are interested in serving on the Violations Control Committee (VSS). Email Laura
Shopping Carts. Please do not abandon store shopping carts (Winn Dixie, Walgreens, BJs, etc). It is a crime in dade county to remove shopping carts from their property.
Dogs. Please clean up your pets as they are walked in the neighborhood.
